PROPERTIES
- It enables a strong, crack-resistant connection between the aluminum starter profile and the façade render surface.
- It incorporates a drip edge, ensuring proper drainage of rainwater from the bottom of the façade.
- It eliminates the common issue of detachment or cracking of the render at the contact with the base profile.
INSTALLATION
The BP1S PVC profile must be installed onto the aluminum starter profile used in façade insulation systems.
Installation consists of mechanically snapping the BP1S profile from the top onto the vertical edge of the aluminum profile.
Next, the fiberglass mesh integrated into the BP1S profile should be covered, ideally in a single step, by the façade reinforcement mesh and embedded in the adhesive.
The BP1S profile is designed to ensure a clean and durable rendering, with no risk of cracking or flaking at the lower edge.
