APPLICATION

Designed for the installation of an integrated drip profile in external thermal insulation systems, ensuring façade protection at the lower section, directly above the building plinth.

PROPERTIES

  • Le profil possède un goutte-d’eau avec treillis ainsi qu’une tablette réglable permettant de finir esthétiquement et de protéger la marche créée par la différence d’épaisseur entre l’isolant thermique et l’isolation des fondations (XPS).
  • La largeur de la tablette se règle en retirant simplement le nombre nécessaire de segments (1 segment = 20 mm).
  • Avec le profil de la série BP30S * COK, il est recommandé d’installer au préalable le profil de départ BP27.
  • Le profil est équipé d’un treillis en fibre de verre assurant une liaison durable et résistante avec l’enduit.
  • Profil en PVC : élimination du pont thermique.

INSTALLATION

Attach the BP27 starting profile to the wall of the building using screws and level it. Using this profile as a guide, install the thermal insulation panels.

Prepare the BP30S * COK profile before installation: adjust the width of the adjustable shelf by removing the appropriate number of segments to match the offset between the XPS and the insulation.

Install the BP30S * COK profile on the adhesive layer previously applied to the facade.

Spread a new layer of glue and cover the profile, with an overlapping top, with the reinforcement mesh of the system.

After the glue has dried, apply the coating.

Then remove the red protective tape from the profile (for the BP30S ECO PLUS COK and BP30S PLUS N COK models) and paint the exposed edge of the profile in the color of the coating.
